Return Policy

For all returns please contact customerservice@sailorjerryclothing.com to begin the return process.

1. How do I return my order?

We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after receiving your order.  To return an item, please contact customerservice@sailorjerryclothing.com to notify our team of the return. Please note that Sailor Jerry Clothing does not cover return postage. Kindly include a copy of your receipt stating which item is being returned along with contact information.

All returns will be processed within 7-14 business days. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

2. Does Sailor Jerry Clothing process exchanges?

Unfortunately we do not process exchanges. Simply place a new order for the new item you want and return your originally ordered item, following the return policy steps listed above.

3. The item I received is damaged or not what I ordered. What do I do?

We’re very sorry about that! Please reach out to customerservice@sailorjerryclothing.com and we’ll take care of it.

4. What items are final sale?

All sale merchandise, all glassware and all books are final sale.

 

The contract of sale is between the entity named on the invoice (you) and The Constant Media LTD, 26 Sketty Park Drive, Swansea, United Kingdom, SA2 8LN.
